The HIRVI building restoration project is poised to breathe new life into this historic structure. This project, led by local building owners, is funded in part by a matching grant from the Oregon State Historic Preservation Office, Oregon Heritage.
Upon completion, the HIRVI Building will boast six professional office spaces and up to four unique retail spaces. These spaces, illuminated by the building's historic windows, will be available for lease in Spring 2024.
