CHILOQUIN BROWNFIELD PROGRAM UPDATE

We are excited to announce an upcoming meeting to provide an update on the City’s Brownfield Program. The Brownfield Program is a critical initiative that aims to address the environmental and economic challenges associated with potentially contaminated sites, known as brownfields, in our city.
WHEN/WHERE: The meeting will take place on May 10, 2023 at 6 pm at the Chiloquin Community Center. Light refreshements will be served.
WHY ATTEND: We will provide an overview of the program including its purpose, goals, and achievements so far. We will also discuss upcoming projects, challenges, and opportunities for public participation including public input on reuse of the former Markwardt Bro.’s garage and the former Mill site.
The Brownfield program is critical to the health and wellbeing of our community, and we encourage everyone to join us in this effort. We welcome your feedback and suggestions as well as any questions you may have about the program.
